Lash Products
- All products must be used by licensed professionals or those training to become professionals in this sector
- Products are non-refundable once opened
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt for damaged products
Training Courses
In-Person Training
- Full payment required to secure booking
- Cancellation policy:
-We do not offer refund for purchased courses, if you need assistance with any of our courses get in touch with us, using the contact page, and we will do our best to assist you with your purchase.
- Rescheduling subject to availability
- Training certificates issued upon successful completion
Online Training
- Access granted for 24 months from purchase
- No sharing of login credentials
- Technical requirements are student's responsibility
- Recording or sharing sessions is prohibited
E-Books
- Digital products are non-refundable
- Single-user license only
- No redistribution or sharing permitted
- Updates provided at our discretion
Payment Terms
- All prices are in £ ( pounds)
- Payment processed securely through Stripe, Visa or Klarna depending which product your buying
- Installment plans available for select services by Klarna
- Late payments subject to fees and may affect your credit
